The short version: BreedSure provides general information and modeled price estimates. It is not insurance advice, we are not an insurance agent or broker, and any policy you buy is between you and the insurer.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of breedsure.com and its tools (the "Site"), operated by Klazify, Inc. ("BreedSure", "we" or "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is intended for adults in the United States.
2. What BreedSure is and is not
BreedSure is an information and comparison website. We are not an insurance company, and we are not a licensed insurance agent, broker or producer. We do not sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, we do not take insurance applications, and we do not recommend a policy for your situation. Nothing on the Site is insurance, veterinary, legal, tax or financial advice. For advice about your circumstances, talk to the insurer, a licensed insurance professional or your veterinarian.
3. Estimates and insurer information
Prices on the Site are modeled estimates, as described on our About page. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees of price or coverage, and an insurer may charge you a very different amount. Plan details such as reimbursement options, deductibles, limits, waiting periods and exclusions are summarized from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date.
Coverage is provided by the insurer and its underwriting company, not by BreedSure. It is subject to underwriting approval and to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the policy, and availability varies by state. Waiting periods, deductibles, co-insurance and benefit limits apply. Getting a quote does not guarantee coverage. The insurer's policy documents control; read them before you buy.
4. Insurers and other websites
Some links on the Site are partner links, marked "Partner link", that may earn us a commission, as explained in how we make money. The Site may link to other websites, such as sources for the facts we cite, that we do not control. Quotes, purchases, payments, claims and cancellations are solely between you and the insurer. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products or services, or for their privacy practices.
5. Estimate alerts
If you sign up for estimate alerts, you agree that we may email you when the estimate you asked about changes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
- generate artificial visits, clicks on partner links or other fake activity on the Site, or encourage others to do so;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, other than search engine indexing that follows our robots.txt;
- use our estimate API or build on our tools for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- interfere with the Site, its security or the infrastructure that runs it;
- submit false information through our forms or impersonate anyone; or
- use the BreedSure name or content in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, data compilations, estimates, design and code, belongs to Klazify, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Insurer names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them; their use does not mean the insurer endorses BreedSure.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLAZIFY, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON ESTIMATES OR OTHER INFORMATION ON THE SITE OR FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY INSURER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klazify, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to email hello@breedsure.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
